My experience with Direct TV.One week after they installed it.

I get a bill for the month. Jacked up price. 4hrs on the phone with the worse customer service in the world. Removed the extra cost.

After the first month they didn't send the 100$ gift card. On the phone for hours with the worst customer service. Promised it was coming. Also removed the extra cost again.

3rd month. No gift card, extra fees. You have to call them every month.

It's so bad, but I'm not going to stop Until I can get out of the contract.Worst mistake I've ever made.

Check with your local cable co some will buy out your contract
