I ordered the Apps equipment, which is a piece of &*$#, been trying to get it to work since May 2011.They say they know they have a problem, but cannot fix it yet.
Won't refund my money, and won't provide me the product that they advertised.
August 1, 2011 I am cancelling all services and going to local cable.
I have been a loyal customer of Direct TV for 11 years, and I hate to see our relationship end, but I feel that I and a lot of other people have been screwded with this Apps deal.If you have ordered it and not received the remote receiver, cancel it now for gods sake.
