When I moved out of my rental due to loss of job I was told I could suspend my account and they would send boxes to retrieve the equipment but I never received the boxes instead I get this huge bill for 540.00 wtf .When I called I was tossed back and fourth between operators they said I own the equipment because they tried to deliver the boxes but as it turns out they had the wrong address.
They said they would waive early termination fee if I agreed to pay 285.00 and restart service with them.
I can't believe how badly they have messed up my account since I have been with this company for 6 years.Now I am being hassled by collections on a daily basis.
