My subscription with Direct TV ended in Nov./07. Today Aug/08 they sent me a bill for 4 movies which they claim I watched 1 year ago.The customer service agent says that they just received that information now off of my remote control, which I turned in last November.
Are these people crazy? I have no way to fight this, I don't even remember ordering these movies and is this how they bill people? Am I going to get another bill next year for something else?
This is why I stick with cable, in 20 years of dealing with them I've never received a bill 1 year later.
