d tv has no policies to accomodate customer complaints, they took money from account after being cancelled and took 3 weeks for credit an many calls, now in collections with nan-star for d tv not cancelling in timely manner, customer service can't do anything, have to mail letter for to state that account was canceled in time and at $0 balance. the dept. that handels that problem is not aval. by e-mail.
what a joke for a company this size.
i'll stick with cable.
just cant wait to see how many more phone calls this will take to resolve.
