Had my direct tv go out called their trained to give you excuses customer service dept.Was told it would be seven days until a tech could come out and I live 14 miles from one of their service depots,This is bad service and they should have all managment fired and start over with people with the work ethic to take care of your customer base instead of screwing them over and just working to get new customers,and if the employee doesn"t speak English,they should not be on staff.Also when the DIRECT TV installer came out last year to put another unit in my bedroom he was to scared to go under my has to run the cable,I had to do it myself. Direct Tv will hire anybody with a drivers license and a beating heart.Direct tv has got to big to fast and as long as they put money in the Politians pockets,WE the people are just numbers.
