Worst customer service ever. Removing money from our account without permission.
We had already made arrangements to pay our bill 2 weeks before and there was another week until I paid this. They took some random amount that did not Mach my bill. They can see how much you have in there and take what they want. So I give them my information to pay a previous bill and they believe that is applied consent keep that information and use it to take money whenever they choose.
Sounds like stealing to me! How can we not overdraft our account without the knowledge of how much is coming out and when it is coming out.
With unemployment like it is many people have to discontinue their service. Face it rent and food come before the tv.
