They said it was better and cheaper than cabel. Signal cuts out constantly - they won't come fix their bad product without charging me extra for their faulty product.

They tricked/forced us into signing a 2 year contract after the salesman told us that there would not be a contract! They lied to our faces. I just tried to order a movie and it doesn't work! They don't really give a sh_t about the customer.

Definitely going back to cable.

Sales, Service and Product are the worst I have experienced. I will tell Everybody how bad they are!
