Started this morning with one of their ridiculous 30 min. updates.

We were then confronted with the loss of CNN and Fox news. Somewhere in this mess the satelite signal was interupted and we were given a 772 message. Calls to customer service go nowhere and they hang up every time. We have had all the these services, except Dish, at one time or other and they all SUCK!

Guess that is what happens with monopolies---no competition. Get the contract then to *** with the consumer.

We are cancelling as soon as we can make contact with their so-called customer service. The "big ones" are eating the "little ones" and the consumer eats ***!
