I've been with direct tv since 2006. I was sick of the cable company mess.

Well, I'm still with the cable company, it's called direct tv. Direct has no business talking about the cable companies when they are operating like the cable company. Gouging consumers and poor service. If you have a problem, you'll get several different responses and still not get an answer or they will just drop your call.

The loyalty program is a joke. It takes for ever to sign up and when you're done, your bill is what they should have been charging you in the first place. That's if it ever gets started. They will come up with charges you didn't know about and never explain them.

Do not rely on the email notice, I did that and paid what it said and found out I didn't pay enough! Direct TV has joined forces with the devil and the customers have to suffer because of it.
