my DIRECT TV KEEP BLINKING OUT wit a code 771 wen i got the service THEY SAY HAIL SLEET OR SNOW ,UR TV WILL NEVER LOSE SERVICE, BULL SISH!!!!!!my tv goes out EVEN WEN ITZ A NICE BREEZE GOING,or RAIN DAY.

i tryd callin them,THEY BLAME EVERYTHING ON THE SALES PERSON well U (DIRECT TV) TRAINED them to LIE!!!then they LOSE THE MOST CHANNEL BEENING WATCH IN MY HOUSE AND STILL WANT THE SAME PAYMENT I COMPLAIN d to custmers service ,ive talkd wit manager AND THEY STILL DONT WANA CANCELL MY SERVICE I HAVE 1 YR LIFE AND IT TRULLY BLOWING ME DIRECT BROKE THE PROMISE/OUR AGREEMENT ,so isnt that BREACH OF CONTRACT
