well after waiting two weeks to get service at my house have it for two days then it goes out no signal i call to b put on hold for 20 then hung up on call back spoke to a (james)witch said someone would call me in two hours mind you this is at 10pm eastern time no one called back nor did they want to hear my complaints when i finally did get someone they told me two weeks before they could send someone back out i personaly dont watch much tv but my 2 and 4 yr old girls do so they r with out the mornin cartoons nice more time trying to find dvds and internet programs i dont have i so not or will not ever recomend direct tv service sucks goes out in bad weather id rather pay the extra money for something better thanks direct for making lose dinner trying to contact you guys and thanks for ruining my little girls morning before school f u very much
