Dec 3th my direct tv went out. I called in the next day and was told that they would send someone out on the 10th of Dec.

During this time even though we can't watch the tv I am still being billed for it. I feel this is the worst service ever. We pay an extra cost to get our satelight fixed in case of an accident, but had no idea it would take so long.

After being a faithful customer for over five years we are going to close our account with Direct TV. very disappointed with Direct tv.
