Been a customer for more than 5 years.Was hit with a tornado April of 2011.My satelite equipment was damaged.I have the protection plan.Though I was out of my house for more than 5 months.Direct continued to bill me even after being notified.Even though I had the protection plan was told I would have to sign a new contract to get my service reinstated. I have been passed around from one office to another never speaking to the same person twice! False promises & hours on hold still no resolve.They are not accountable at all !!
