Direct TV has the worst customer service ever. So much back and forth and I hate that they charge your card and keep on file to charge whenever they want. The agents are hard to understand and you can easily be transferred to 5 people per call. This company is the worst as I am fighting to get them to clear up a 750 balance that somehow fell through the cracks due to that *** combined billing. I am going to close my accounts and find another company as I am sick and tired of this joke of a company. The worst ever!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!! If you have another option please do so.

Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss problems with payment of directv customer care and associated monetary loss in the amount of $750. DIRECTV needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
