I am 21 months into a 36 month contract.Last night my bedroom tv would not work.
I did all the normal stuff. It is wireless so I reset the main box, then reset the wireless box by the effected tv. Still did not work. I made sure it was not the tv.
Tried calling last night but apparently they do maintenance on their server when most people watch tv. So I waited till today to call again. Got foreigner on the phone. They will charge $99 to come out.
Really............$99 to come out and fix a wireless box that I rent every month? Nothing I said made a difference. If I rent a tool from a rental company and it stops working I take it back and get another. Why do I have to pay for a tech to come out and fix something I am renting.
If I owned it I could see their point but I am renting it. They should fix the problem with their equipment. I am done with them at the 36 month point. I will never go back to them under any circumstance.
I will use rabbit ears or what ever is available.
I will not recommend them unless it is my worst enemy.BS
