Direct TV billing a demented elderly man for early disconnect after having him sign a 2 year contract and he had no idea what he was signing.They sent a 400.00 early disconnect charge to him.

I have read so many complaints against them, how do they get by with this? I made an immediate request to have the service disconnected because it was installed incorrectly by a 3rd party that keep leaving and coming back and acting weird. My husbsand is 72 years old and critically ill.

How can they legally take advantage of him?I was not aware of the contract signing.
