Direct TV billing a demented elderly man for early disconnect after having him sign a 2 year contract and he had no idea what he was signing. They sent a 400.00 early disconnect charge to him.

I have read so many complaints against them, how do they get by with this? I made an immediate request to have the service disconnected because it was installed incorrectly by a 3rd party that keep leaving and coming back and acting weird. My husbsand is 72 years old and critically ill.

How can they legally take advantage of him? I was not aware of the contract signing.
