I closed my account and per customer service waited for equipment return instructions. It never came and I am a truck driver so I am seldomly home. Then they take$700 from my bank account without notice or warning. I had business checks bounce because their error. I also have several NSF to pay because of their error.

The equipment was later returned at my expense and they have not reimbursed my account. This is ridiculous. This is a terrible experience.

Stay away from Direct TV. This is not good customer service. I will never again deal with this abusive company.
