Direct TV took money out of my bank account without my knowing and put it on someone else's account. I have been waiting since Jan.

22nd for the money to be credited to my account and restore my service. Every time I call I get a different answer as to when the problem will be fixed. I have talked to there fraud department and been cleared of any wrong doing and I still have to wait and still have no service.

Direct TV sucks. I just received a letter from Direct TV stating that I have been cleared of any responsibility for anyone else's account.
