Directv - Direct tv, upon cancelling their service billed me twice
i paid direct tv prorated bill beginning of the month, cancelled the service middle of the month, they sent a statement which credited me with portion of the paid bill, after a month they billed me again, i the company the first person after i explained my complained transferred me to a billing specialist, I had to wait 15 minutes then the billing specialist after I explained my complain, transferred me to number one specialist who after my complain transferred me to a music station and hang up on me nobody could explain to me what the charge of the bill was all about.I e-mailed them they replied saying that the bill was for the service given to me the month I cancelled the service, then there was a long explanation about their billing integrity, bla, bla.
no word about the prorated bill.
I had to pay their service for the second time...I just paid the bill and ....bleeth them.
