I Called Sunday around 6 pm and said that my direct tv was not working ,the message on the screen said - searching 4 signal. Direct TV employee said I have to wait till Thursday between 8 and 12 to have anyone come there. I pay #74.50 per month ! The bill is paid on time each and every month .

I like when I mention that it is not working , someone will credit my account at a later date.

I have 2 dishes , 2 boxes and 2 tv's in different buildings , they both are looking for signal.

Who's problem is this , can it be fixes from there ?
