I called to schedule repair after Irene took down a tree that hit the satellite dish. Repair date is September 20th was set.
I even called the tech. that installed it ands he said he would come,not seen him as of today and his supervisors phone mail box is full and will not take messages. I emailed Direct and I got the response that yep it would be Sept.20 be fore repair. DISH corrected theirs within 10 days of IRENE.
Guess where I will move mine AT THE END OF CONTRACT??????
There is no way to contact management about this that I can find.
