I recently moved, and swithced to AT&T Uverse.All of the sudden Direct TV is charging my credit card with no accurate accounting of the charges.

The only explanation I get is "We wouldn't charge you for anything if it wasn't right". The actual amount charged on my credit card was 4 times the normal amount, and they cannot tell me why. I have talked to several people there, and nobody can tell me what makes the amount of the bill up. Supposedly they are going to send me a bill.

I was always under the impression that if you take something from someone without their permission it was called "Stealing".Obviously it is a business model for DirectTV.

Monetary Loss: $120.

Just had an install completed, and all I can say is please take hour equipment back. Customer service is a joke, and just an FYI, after seeing all the info about ridiculous charges, I canceled my card that the original payment was on.
