We had a house fire in April, 2012 we called on May 19th to suspend service until we could go back home, they said bring balance back to zero and they will suspend.May 24th bill was payed, called today and they say an authorized user did not call to suspend.

No one told me I had to they said they would note it. Now they say we have to pay agaIN! We have to pay for a month of service that we are not even there to receive.

She talked to a supervisor and still says nothing they can do--straight bs!!!She must bring the account back to zero in order to suspend service!!!
