Directv - Direct tv wouldn't let us go
After, 2 years of DTV we decided to try fiber optic which became available in our area in 2008.We tried to end our contract with DTV and they wouldn't let us go.
They refused to cancel our service even after we told them we had already signed up with another company. They were in complete.denial and even hung up on us when we insisted in cancelling our service. They refused to speak to me, refused to transfer me to the manager and dragged their feet for hours. They acted as if they owned us and would not respect our wishes.
We finally got someone to help us. We had to make several calls to find someone to help us and after 3 hours of fruitless efforts we finally got our wish granted after we threatened to report their harassment to the commissioner.
Unbelievable experience.Never again we'll I sign up with Direct tv.
