I love the way you had the message on the bottom of the screen basically like it wasnt your fault But guess what you go up every year and we are expected to pay it but when the company wants to go up on you ohh you want us to pay that to the way i look at it is this if you dont want to pay it you dont want to keep a customer take some of that BS away consider yourself DROPPED !! DUECES!! Ma'am we cant guarentee the best prices but we can customer service ohh let me guess your going up again If you think I will go with out spongebob and I have to little ones ummm come get your s@*t off my roof
