For over a year we have been trying to get our Direct TV bundled with our AT&T bill to no avail. An Direct TV rep in Walmart told me to go down to the AT&T store and talk to the manager they can fix this.

As it turned out our AT&T was under my wife's name, phone and email. Direct TV was under my name, telephone # and Email. We opened a new account for Direct under my wife's name so it would bundle. When I call to cancel my account the Direct TV rep proceeded to tell me how I am doing this all wrong, not listening to me when I said we tried this Direct TV way for a year.

Then started talking about the cell store is happy and I could have done this with a form!

I had to get mad and tell him just to do what I am asking, close my account, do it. He closed with well the cell company is happy.

Preferred solution: Learn how to bundle and be a team with AT&T.
