In December 2016, we signed up for DirectTV/AT&T and was promised an awesome deal - TV with HBO, Showtime, Max; home phone, internet and two years of Football channels at $140-150 a month. Now I'm being billed for everything.

They have shut my service off twice in the last three weeks because they issue me a credit and then take it away and then shut off my service to extort more money out of me. I now believe that their people knowingly will promise a customer anything and then write what they want in the work orders so you have nothing to fall back on.
