we signed up for basic/no frills at their $34.99/month special with bank card auto pay and were charged $297 in four months.

at sign up they talk about rebates from the regular rate down to the special rate that takes up to eight weeks. when told the rebate has not happened, they say the complaint time has expired.

after hours on the phone, auto pay was eliminated. last night they charged $490 to the eliminated auto pay! they do everything by phone and "speak with forked tongue".

we switched to DISH NETWORK, and they are beautiful in all respects.

44 calls in two months.The new genie technology was totally not ready for release now the customer is the ginnybig for the bad product.

There needs to be a class action lawsuit against direct tv. The client boxes are also very much delayed when you change channels up to 3 seconds.

Sometimes you even get a blank screen.I should haved stayed with FIOS, what was I thinking?
