Since day one they have not honored the agreed bundle package price! I have called them over 5 times within a year and the problem persists.
I have contacted BBB recently as well. I will never sign on to a company over the phone again. They keep bouncing me between DirectTV and ATT when I call them. My bills keep coming at a higher rate than was agreed upon.
Every time I call I am on the phone for hours wasting my time.
The representatives keep bouncing from one company to another. I just found out online that they have a history of this bait and switch tactic.
