They lied to me every month my bill came in it was higher. I had to move Feb 2017, when I made the call to transfer services they told me I HAD to purchase a Gennie mini because I was moving and adding 1 more tv.
I agreed to make the purchase. WHAT NO ONE TOLD ME was that because I was moving I was singing a brand new contract for another 2 years. That because I was moving I was loosing my 12 month discount ???????? That by moving my bill would go up twice as much as it use to be and now that I want to cancel my services I would have to pay a 436.00 cancelation fee EVEN THOUGH NO ONE TOLD ME I WAS SINGING A NEW CONTRACT JUST BECAUSE I HAD TO MOVE.

ITS ON THE NEWS THAT 155 MILLION CUSTOMERS ARE UN HAPPY. THIS IS A *** SHAME.
