I was a >3 yr DirecTV customer in good standing.They stopped providing Versus channel and posted a lame excuse on that channel.

I waited >6 months and saw no change. I fired them (3/2/10) and explained why. They had 2 customer svc reps call me to change my mind. I said, "No Versus, no $$!" I found out from my sister that 2 weeks later they resumed providing Versus.

They didn't call me, email me, or write me. They sent weekly snail mail offers for me to return because I was such a good customer. I called them today. They want another 2 year contract for me to return.

They broke the agreement and want me to pay for their incompetence!Not smart, not honorable, and I'm buying gold with the money I would have sent them!
