While on the above site, I followed the given directions and submitted my payment to Direct TV on 11/10/2012. On 11/11/2012, my service was disconnected.
After speaking with a Direct TV rep I was told they did not see my payment. On Tuesday, 11/13/2012, at my job, I have emails from Charge Smart, a 3rd party contractor, who somehow hijacked my payment to Direct TV. Noone at Dirdct TV will acknowledge this company, yet, they got my payment on Direct TV's website.
The payment has been released, it's the 14th, and I still have no service. Something must be done.
