I decided to call DirectTV / AT&T about their latest price increase. Talked with a woman in Central America She was nice enough but hard to understand and it was a waste of time.
She would not even drop a $7 equipment rent that we have paid for years. Pretty sure the equipment has been paid for by now. Also asked about any senior discount but none available. The only thing she offered was she could change our package.
Sounds like a reduction in service to me. AT&T seems to think it's their way or the highway.
Well I have a surprise for them. Spectrum's at the end of the road, so it may soon be the highway!
