We lost the TV service (possibly due to the weather) and when I contacted DirectTV, the best they could do is send a tech out in 5 days! 5 days!!!!

Nowhere in their contract does it say they will take 5 days to restore service. And how convenient, I have to take half day off work to be here for the tech, because if I wanted evening hours, it would take 7 days. As far as any type of compensation, I'll have to call them once the service is restored and they'll see what they can do! How very special.

I think this constitutes the breach of contract on their side. If I were to break the contract, there would've been a penalty of several hundred dollars. If they fail to provide service, there's possibly a few dollars that I have to call and ask for.

This is very poor customer service - right here in the USA! This is worse than poor - this sucks!!!!
