They want you to troubleshoot at home. $50 buck for service call. Tried to sell a protection plan to avoid service call for 6 bucks/mo-then tried to schedule the service call-started at the beginning with over the phone troubleshooting. If you can't comply with their requirement to look at the cable there is still a $50 charge.
Bait and switch. Disregards American Disabilities Act for visually impaired customers. Worst experience ever.
