I am trying to cancel my DirecTV and Internet. Those guys are way too expensive and rip you off after your contract expires.

I finally have enough of their bad customer service. Tiered of talking to agents that I am not able to understand and that are not able to do anything for me. They seem like a robots. Now I am waiting in the *** for over 45 minutes to cancel my service.

They hand up on me before.

So in case you decide to sign up with DirecTV, please keep in mind that it may take you a day to cancel your service. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
