I am a directtve customer. I've had this service for several years.

I've watched directtv become a substandard company. One of my problems is with the technical unit relating to maintenance. My service has been having a problem with a clear and concise picture. i made a request for service over a week ago.

a service person came out, was here about 10 minutes. He stated he had fixed the problem. Later in the day i realized he didn't fix the problem. i clled in again.

it was my understanding someone would be here Tuesday. It did'nt happen. Its Tuesday and my service is not correct. When the problem occurs the directtv logo appears on the screen and floats.

i am currently without correct service that I've paid for. I'm unhappy at this point.
