DIRECTV - Directtv the worst customer service
If you want the worst customer service and like being lied to absolutely call them for an install. It will guaranteed be one of the more time consuming, frustrating and painful experiences of your life.
They flat out lied to me on the phone and told me they were in the truck on the way to me, and still never showed. 7 phone calls later, no idea how many hours I have sat on hold or talking to someone, and no one knows anything or can help, but they are happy to send an escalation email that will do absolutely nothing and leave you in the same place. There is no way to get in direct contact with them, they won't let you write an email, and the call center is all you can contact, not anyone that actually works for Directtv. They miss their install date and put you at the back of the line, wait 2 more weeks, and don't even call you to tell you they are not coming after you took a half day off of work.
Absolute frustration, the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Anytime you need to call them, better budget 3 hours to be on the phone and explain yourself, and your phone number and address 67 times...just to confirm...
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $1500.
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
DIRECTV Cons: Atrocious customer service, Not being able to count on the promises made by dtv, Company integrity.

This new screen format is IMPOSSIBLE TO READ and is a lousy set-up. I am definitely moving elsewhere after many years service.
