DirectTV made three appointments to transfer the cable to my Mother's new address. They sent an uneducated, untrained, illmannered, rude individual who called my Mother "scenile" which she is not and refused to install her cable unless she paid $169 for a pole mount.
I later found out that the pole mount is only $50.
So basically, he found a woman on social security and thought she wasn't bright enough to know the difference so why not rip her off. She still does not have her cable installed and apparently you have no rights as a consumer with DirecTV.
