I was a few days late on my bill, when I first signed up I asked for direct billing, so as not to have to call and pay.They did it for a few months but then they started taking it out on different dates then originally agreed upon.
So the payment was not honored. This was the start of a bad relationship. Now they have suspended my service after almost 3 years with the company.
And refused to let me speak to a supervisor to get my service turned back on till I could pay on wednesday.Needless to say called dish installation this week.
