My receiver broke on Wednesday morning.It is now Saturday and I am still waiting for a new receiver.

Directv did not put on a street address when they shipped it. My bills always come promptly and correctly addressed. I spent all day Friday trying to find out why I did not have a receiver delivered. Their customer service representatives either hung up on me, or they couldn't do any thing, or they wouldn't even call FEDEX to find out the problem.

So, I am without a TV for at least four days. *** is no TV with teenagers in the house.

They need to find a better solution to replacing equipment.Shoulda stuck with Time Warner

By accepting the new receiver,you may have extended your contract for another 2 yrs.
