I have been a loyal DIRECTV costomer for 6 years.I have been seeing commercials about new customers receiving free HD for life when signing up.
So, I called customer service to see if I could get HD. I was told that I qualified for 1/2 off the receiver. I told the rep that I will pay the monthly HD charge without a problem, I just want the receiver for free. Rediculous.
Now, my bill is just as high and I've lost 26 channels.If this doesn't get resolved soon, I have a feeling that Dish Network will be getting some new customers.
