I called in on 7/27/12 and talked with customer service I waited 45 mins. before I get someone to talk to I explained I had 4 receivers and I wanted to send back my HD receivers and keep my 2 regular receivers and to change my programming it took her almost and hour she said she had every thing taken care of and this morning I did not have service on 1 receiver, I called in and they said that they had my permission to turn the box off I waited 10 mins to talk to a supervisor and the supervisor would not even get on the phone with me they made the mistake and I have to pay for it I think this company does not care about there customers I am a very unhappy customer as soon as I can I am changing to Cox cable they know how to treat there customer.
