Last Spring (2016) I called Directv and told them I wanted to quit my service.I spoke with a clear English as 1st language Rep who asked me if she got my service down to $53.00 month would I re-up for 2 years which I agreed to do.
I re-stated it would have to be $53.00 for the entire 2 year period and she agreed. Mind you, this was recorded but unfortunately the recording is on their end. Just this month 3/17 non-English as 1st language rep told me my special was up and it would go back to $70 dollars and something.
I told him I just talked to Directv rep Spring 2016 told her I was going to quit the service and she asked if she could get it down to $53.00 month would I sign on for 2 years.He stated, "your special is over." It's like talking to a coconut with no ears.
