Directv - WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have never been so disappointed by customer service till I called direct tv. 1 month ago I called and had all access to my HUSBANDS account I call today because my bill tripled and was told I can’t have any access. Doesn’t make any sense to me. I was on hold and got hung up on 2 times. I spent 3 hours of my day only to get told I can’t have any information.
