Directv is a ripoff! They add services to your bill without your knowledge and when you call in and ask to speak with a supervisor they make you wait 45 minutes and counting before picking up. I had to call on my wife's phone to scream at them because I was still on hold waiting for a supervisor. What a joke. To make a long story short they said I had to write a letter to ask that charges be credited back to my account but it would be unlikely. They have officially lost a customer. Victor C
