Direc tv charged me for unreturned equipment when i still had service. Overdrew my bank account $200.
I called well before bill was due to have them fix their error. The man assured me those unreturned fees were taken off. Well a few weeks later they clearly were not taken off. They told me they would put the money back into my account along with the overdraft fee.
Here it is 10 days later and they still havent submitted paperwork. I keep getting the run around from everyone i speak to. Highly pissed off. Now the bank is going to charge me $15 per day that it stays overdrawn.
This is very poor customer service. Who do i need to talk to?
