I cancelled my direct tv after many years of service. I mailed back all of their equipment.
They received the equipment on January 9th. On January 20th they debited my account over $400. I called on January 23 after noticing the debit. The apologized and said they would return the amount in a couple days.
On the 27th I called again they said the money would be returned in 2 days.
On the 30 I ounce again called and I'm still getting the run around. They incorrectly take money then don't want to return it nice business plan.
