Directv - Account Review
I canceled my account before my bill was due, my account says it was disconnected for being past due, which is NOT the case.I got my final bill (78.60) I called to pay it, the amount was more than the bill (81.41), I asked why, she said I was charged a late fee!
For what??? She said she took care of it and began to take my payment info for 78.60, when completed she said my payment was completed for 81.41, I said No it was for 78.60, and she said yes 78.60. I checked my bank account after the call and $81.41 was charged. She LIED to me.
I am not happy!Thanx.
